Cooperation with training colleges and institutes and securing knowledge is one of the six aims of Mushroom Valley. What do we want to achieve?

• We want to secure knowledge for the future; 
• Valorisation of our knowledge on an international level; 
• To forge links between entrepreneurs active in the mushroom sector and Colleges of Higher Vocation Education, Universities of Applied Science and Universities, to harmonise training and study programmes to better meet the requirements of the labour market; 
• To positively impact on knowledge development and the labour market; 
• To promote enthusiasm for careers in the sector among potential employees and students.
